Abstract

the research addresses the methodology for the execution of the reverse logistics process of surplus shot developed by the Regimiento Logístico Ejército N°2 "Arsenales de Guerra", which centralizes this material to develop the 3rd phase of the life cycle of the material " Sale of waste and final disposition". Its purpose is to provide an alternative solution with a process that supports the development of activities, extending the disposal and final disposal to other destinations of reverse logistics, in addition to a methodology of continuous improvement for the development of this process. The above, through descriptive research for the development of the theoretical framework and diagnosis of the current situation, correlational research, relating variables in the search for best practices, to finally apply the methodology proposed by the RAA-03014 "Regulation of process and risk management in the Army" to raise and model the process.
