MEJORA DEL PROCESO DE PAGO DE LAS FACTURAS DE LA TESORERÍA DEL ESTADO MAYOR GENERAL DEL EJÉRCITO, PARA DAR CUMPLIMIENTO A LA LEY Nº 21.131 “ESTABLECE EL PAGO A TREINTA DÍAS”

Abstract

The Treasury of the General Staff of the Army (TEMGE), is a unit dependent on the Directorate of Finance of the Army and its main mission is to pay the economic commitments acquired from the resources allocated to the different dependent financial centers, in the Currently, there is a bill payment process, which must comply with the regulations and validity of Law Nº 21.131
“Timely Payment”. This article aims to improve the current payment process of the TEMGE, that is, it is expected through the use of engineering tools, make models and simulations that allow changes in the processes, speeding up payment times and thus give complying with the requirements for review of the documentation processed, in accordance with legal regulations.
