DISEÑO DE UNA METODOLOGÍA PARA LA ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL MODELO DE GESTIÓN DE STOCK DE FÁRMACOS PARA EL HOSPITAL MILITAR DE SANTIAGO DE CHILE

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the operation of the Drug Distribution Center of the Military Hospital of Santiago (HMS) and the outdating of its drug stock management model; through an analytical-descriptive investigation of the current stock management and quantitative type, through the analysis of variables and parameters of said model. Subsequently, the variables in which you can act and the parameters that must be updated were established, to finally deliver a tool that cooperates in the improvement of the internal management of the HMS, through a methodology that establishes the phases and steps to follow , allowing periodic updating of the way in which drug stocks are managed.
