DEVELOPMENT OF A TECHNOLOGICAL TOOL FOR OPTIMIZING THE MANAGEMENT OF LUBRICANT USAGE IN MAINTENANCE FUNCTION
Abstract
The purpose of this research is the "Development of a technological tool to manage the use of lubricants in the maintenance function", which arises as an alternative solution for the need to estimate the use of resources in this logistic function. Therefore, the objective of this research is to deliver the preliminary design of a tool to manage, project and improve the traceability of the use of lubricants in the maintenance function. In order to attain the objectives set, the systems engineering methodology was used, determining first the conceptual design, with its respective functional architecture, the system synthesis was developed to finally decant in the functional architecture of the tool. In the design phase, the tool was programmed with open source "R" tools, modeling a prediction system through time series, reaching the ideal solution, which was finally validated through user tests.
