PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF AN ASSET MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION SOFTWARE FOR THE CARGO DEPOT OF PEACE OPERATIONS

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to address the development of a technological demonstrator aimed at
improving the management of assets within the Combined Joint Peace Force “Cruz del Sur”, which are under the custody of the Depot of Peace Operations (DCO) at the Army Logistic Regiment N° 2 “Arsenales de Guerra”.
The research employed various methodological tools that allowed for the design of software and the development of a technological demonstrator. The latter has the ability to automate the administrative and management tasks of the assets of the “Cruz del Sur” Joint Peace Force. Its purpose lies in optimizing the control and development of tasks associated with the management of these assets, resulting in a significant improvement in the efficiency of executing administrative tasks and processes carried out by the DCO.
