Abstract

The Chilean Army, is involved in a country reality where resources are restricted and social demands are increasing. Thus, requires a permanent search for efficient solutions to obtain the best performance from the available resources. The following article approach the problem generated by the inadequate methodology for measure the costs on deployments of the program operations of the Army Mobile Field Hospital (AMFH). This investigation work is descriptive, analytical and correlational, using information from the deployments made between 2011 and 2019. Finally, the costing methods are identified, selecting one of them, to determine, select and correlate the variables and to design a methodology for calculation of AMFH deployments, which allows quantifying and determining the real costs incurred.
