Abstract

The objective of this article is to explain the methodological and sequential development of the development of a preliminary design of a meteorological technological tool, from the identification of the main problem, the review of the state of the art, the determination of high-level, operational, functional requirements. And non-functional, the selection of alternative solutions, the conceptual design to the functional and physical architecture, which was the product obtained by applying the "systems engineering" methodology, supported by validations, mathematical calculations, surveys and analysis of results.
