ENGINEERING IN ANTARCTIC

Abstract

Construction in the Antarctic Continent requires not only high technical knowledge, it also requires the experience of knowing and having been on the ground, which allows the professional to repair in greater depth, on aspects that are not usually a determining factor in populated and with a certain level of development. Experiences are cited about different types of engineering works that, executed anywhere on the planet, present their own level of difficulty, but when we move to the White Continent, they become more challenging due to the remote, hostile and inhospitable environment.
