Abstract

This research emerges as a critical response identified by the Administrative and Logistics Department of the "La Reina" Military Campus. The main purpose is to optimize the management of the vehicle departure process, making the most of the available material and human resources. Through the research, the problem and expectations of the unit will be understood, identifying the core issue. In the second instance, planning and determining the best tools will be sought through the application of scientific methods and knowledge. This will lead to the structuring and preparation of solutions, taking into account the requirements jointly identified by the unit and the retailer. Finally, an innovative solution will be built based on the fundamental principles of Software Engineering. This methodology incorporates a conceptual and preliminary design, with a forward-looking vision that ensures its scalability, thereby guaranteeing its ongoing relevance and utility in the military context.
