DESIGN OF A MANAGEMENT CONTROL TOOL FOR THE STRATEGIC ADMINISTRATION FOR THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH FUND ADMINISTRATION OF THE ARMY

Abstract

This research, focused on designing a management control tool for the strategic administration of the Executive Management of Health Fund Administration of the Army. The chapters addressed the identification of the problem in strategic planning, the determination of methodological guidelines, the internal and external analysis of the organization, the acquisition of tool requirements, the selection of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method, the preliminary design, and the modeling of the tool using current computational platforms in the institution. This promises to improve the operational efficiency and decision-making process of the organization, adapt to changes in the environment, and provide a higher-quality strategic control process, allowing for the capture of greater value for the beneficiaries of the Army's Health System.
